Born and raised in the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington, Stephanie grew up inspired by the talented musical theatre community that surrounded her. From the beginning of Stephanie’s life, one thing was clear—there was no stopping her from singing her heart out, a passion for performing that has led her on an exciting, never-ending ride.
She quickly learned the art of versatility, balancing her sports, academics and theatre shows, performing her first musical in the 9th grade. Throughout school, Stephanie was a championship Volleyball player, all while honing her experience performing in numerous productions with the Village Theatre, such as Pippin, Children of Eden, The Yellow Wood (a new work with director, Brian Yorkey), and Seussical, to name a few. Stephanie's love for performing even led to the creation of a performing arts elective at her high school, an honor that was designed for Stephanie to receive high school credits while interning for the equity production of Into the Woods with The 5th Avenue Theatre.
Stephanie was then accepted into The Boston Conservatory, receiving her BFA in musical theatre in 2013. While at The Boston Conservatory, she performed in many main stage productions including Jesus Christ Superstar, The Who’s Tommy and The Apple Tree. Stephanie was also chosen to sing for the Opening Note Gala alongside Broadway veterans Tommy Tune and Chad Kimball. In addition to educational performances, Stephanie was honored to be chosen as a lead vocalist for the Boston POPS in the 2012 Gershwin Spectacular.
Out of college, Stephanie went on to become the female swing for the 2014-2015 national tour of Sister Act. In late 2015, she continued her role in the 1st International tour, an experience that allowed her to take her love of performing outside the United States, before returning to Los Angeles to train under the esteemed Leslie Kahn for film/television acting.
Most recently, Stephanie has continued her international travels, playing the role of Rizzo in Grease (produced by David Ian) for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Stephanie feels blessed to play such an iconic role, a character she has been able to help define as part of the original cast aboard Independence of the Seas. Stephanie resides is New York City and is excited to be back in April 2017
